A Tranquil Room is a psychotherapy practice that offers a safe place to heal from the internal wounds of life. I am a psychotherapist that has over two decades of experience. I offer inclusive virtual therapy to people in the state of New Jersey. I work with people that are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. We work together using a collaborative strengths-based perspective, using proven therapeutic techniques such as Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma Therapy.
